Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Blindbox at blindbox.space. By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to them.
The service
Blindbox publishes short, interactive, AI-generated fiction. Some episodes are free. Others need a single-episode purchase, an All-Access Pass, or a Blindbox Plus subscription. All characters and events are fictional.
Your account
You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or pay. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Blindbox Plus
- Plus is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Founding-member discounts stay in place for as long as your subscription stays active.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account menu → Manage subscription.
- When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. It then stops renewing.
- If a renewal payment fails, Plus may pause until the payment is fixed.
- We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
One-time purchases
A single-episode purchase unlocks that episode, and an All-Access Pass unlocks every Blindbox story, including new episodes as they are released, with no expiry, for as long as Blindbox operates.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once content is unlocked, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or something did not work, reply to your Stripe receipt within 14 days and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, or redistribute Blindbox episodes, try to bypass a paywall, or interfere with the service.
Creators
If you apply to be a creator, sending an application does not create a creator agreement. Any creator terms, including ownership and revenue share, will be in a separate written agreement.
